Spread across five levels and serviced by an elevator, this chalet seamlessly blends modern architectural design with traditional materials, featuring stone and wood cladding. Inside, the atmosphere is both chic and serene, with spacious interiors adorned in soft, natural tones and textures.
The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms, including one designed for persons with reduced mobility (PMR). The top floor is dedicated to the main living space, comprising a stylish lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area—all warmed by a central fireplace. Expansive bay windows open onto a terrace and balcony, offering panoramic views of the surrounding valley.
After a day of adventure, unwind in the private wellness area, complete with a swimming pool and sauna, or enjoy a cozy movie night in the dedicated cinema room. To elevate your stay, breakfast is served each morning—either at the dining table or on the terrace—and daily housekeeping is provided for your comfort.
Le Praz captures the essence of authentic Courchevel, with its narrow streets, traditional chalets, and historic farmhouses. Home to a picturesque lake and the iconic ski jump built for the 1992 Albertville Olympic Games, this village offers a rich variety of winter and summer activities for all to enjoy.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival date, 30% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation between 59 and 31 days prior to arrival date, 80% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
