Introducing Chalet Goldilocks, boasting some of the best views in town and every luxury feature you could desire. Nestled in an enviable location, it’s just a 10-minute walk from the heart of town and the Super Morzine lift, which whisks you effortlessly to the snow-sure pistes of Avoriaz.
The owners of Goldilocks spent months searching for the perfect property in Morzine but struggled to find one that met all their criteria—sunshine, stunning views, and proximity to town. After returning home disheartened, they were serendipitously offered a plot of land right next to their favorite holiday spot. Three years later, Goldilocks (along with her smaller sibling, Three Bears) welcomed guests for the first time.
As you enter the chalet and pass the boot room, you can take the elevator to the first floor, which features a fully equipped gym. Alternatively, head to the second floor, where the heart of the chalet awaits. Here, a state-of-the-art cinema room comfortably seats 12 and includes a cocktail bar, with additional seating at the bar stools. This floor also offers a spacious bunk room for four, complete with an en suite bathroom. On the next floor, you'll find four en suite double bedrooms, each with a balcony to soak in the breathtaking views.
The top floor features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, leading up to a large mezzanine lounge with cozy seating, a large screen TV, and a log fire. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase panoramic views of the town and the majestic mountains beyond, including the slopes of the Pleney. A generous wrap-around balcony with a dining table and comfortable seating is perfect for al fresco meals in summer or enjoying après-ski drinks while watching the sunset. The landscaped garden at the back of the chalet offers a serene escape after a day on the slopes, complete with a hot tub, barrel sauna, and fire pit.

Chalet Goldilocks can also be rented alongside Three Bears to accommodate up to 20 people in total.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
