With floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining areas, guests can enjoy sweeping alpine vistas from every angle. The master bedroom features a spacious en suite bathroom and private balcony, offering a level of comfort and design rarely seen in chalets of this size. The second double bedroom also boasts an en suite bathroom and shares a balcony with the generously sized en suite bunk room, perfect for children or additional guests.
The upper floor houses a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and a cozy dining area, while a few steps lead down to the expansive living room, complete with a large-screen TV and log fire. Both areas open onto a wide balcony with ample seating and a private 4-person hot tub, ideal for soaking in the views after a day on the slopes.
The chalet's elevated position ensures all-day sunshine and jaw-dropping views, while still being within easy walking distance of the village lifts, shops, and restaurants. Perfect on its own for groups of up to 8 guests, Three Bears can also be rented alongside Goldilocks to accommodate up to 20 people in total.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 71 days prior to arrival, 30% of gross rental is forfeited. For cancellation between 69 and 37 days or less, 80% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation 36 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
In accordance with France’s Tracfin compliance regulations, this property requires verified government-issued identification and proof of home address from all guests prior to confirming a reservation. These measures are mandated to ensure compliance with French anti–money laundering and financial transparency laws.
