- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 180 days prior to arrival, 30% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made between 179 and 46 days prior to arrival, 60% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 45 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Plan your dream destination wedding or special event. The Villa Hin is available for wedding receptions and special events.
All events and weddings must be organized by a professional planner for more than 20 guests. Property staffs are not able to assist with planning. A plan for the event must be submitted to the Guest Experience Specialist for approval at least 1 month prior to the date of the wedding or event.
Maximum guests: 60 guests at the property: 90 at the big lawn area part of the Estate
Minimum nights: 3 nights minimum stay for Mid, High, and Prime Season, 5 nights for Summer Season, Easter and Chinese New Year, and 10 nights for Peak Season (Christmas & New Year)
Event fee at the Property:
The villa requires three nights minimum rental of villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is:
- up to 20 guests free
- 20 to 40 guests US$ 1000 + Vat per day
- 40 to 60 guests US$ 2000 + Vat per day
Event fee at the Big Lawn Area part of the Estate:
- up to 30 guests US$ 1500 + Vat per day
- 31 to 60 guests US$ 2300 + Vat per day
- 61 to 90 guests US$ 3000 + Vat per day
Cleaning Fee:
- 21 to 40 guests US$ 200 + VAT
- 41 to 60 guests US$ 250 +VAT
Refundable security deposit: USD $5,000.00 required prior to the arrival date. The security deposit will be taken on credit card 48 hours before arrival or can be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival.
Noise: Outside noise will be tolerated from 8 am to Midnight. Internal Property music is permitted after 12 am at a reasonable volume which does not disturb any other Properties.
All services terminate at 2 am and all non-resident guests must vacate the premises no later than 2:30am, Additional fees may apply for late departures.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
