Villa Dunes St Barts. A large and luxurious private estate, the villa Dunes is in the exclusive Saline area of St. Barts and offers an enormous amount of premium living space set within more than two acres of pristine tropical grounds. Noted as one of the most exclusive properties, it is also just a short walk from the stunning Saline Beach and yet is a destination all its own.
Visitors will find the estate is designed as a series of villas with a main villa offering most the shared spaces and two additional villas to accommodate the bedrooms and staff quarters. Upon your first look at the villa you know a skilled architectural hand is at work. With its cubist emphasis, it features a unique black palette that works beautifully with the rolling verdant landscape.
The property features two stone pools, several terraces, and a large array of outdoor spaces. An outdoor lounge at the rear of the house offers respite from the sun and features enormous, bean-bag styled lounges perfect for late night gatherings. Unique stone arches, grassy sun decks, manicured gardens, and unforgettably luxurious sun beds will tempt you spend every moment outdoors.
However, the interiors are unforgettable as well. A massive lounge with banquettes is ideal for hours of conversation or simply enjoying the views in complete comfort. Formal dining spaces along with two professional-quality kitchens ensure that each meal is prepared in tremendous style and ease.
The six bedrooms are equally as luxurious as the shared spaces and four are in the main villa. The remaining two are in a private cottage. Each bedroom offers a large and luxurious ensuite bath, premium entertainment systems and excellent views. There are some suites with outdoor showers, ocean views and terrace access too.
