Villa Mirabelle, St Martin.  If you are eager to enjoy a private island hideaway that boasts an enormous amount of luxury and yet is totally private and welcoming, you will want to explore the stunning Villa Mirabelle. This five-bedroom property is a perfect balance of modern design and comfort, and it features tremendous style and elegance, too.

Set in the hills above Simpson Lagoon in the exclusive Terres Basses area of the island, it has amazing lagoon and island views as well as gorgeous natural surroundings. All of this is clearly emphasized by the surprising number of outdoor living spaces you find dotting the exterior of the villa. These all focus around the pool area, which includes the oversized, infinity edge pool that uses natural stone as a focal point and appealing balancing element in the setting. Surrounded by an array of sun decks, the pool area also features a large gazebo furnished as both outdoor lounge and formal dining area. It sits right above the water and is ideal for sunrise, sunset and anytime dining or relaxing. There is also a large and canopied sun bed at one end, and several oversized outdoor lounges

Each exterior space mirrors the interior space nearby, and these too are quite expansive with a casual living room and dining room tucked beneath the portico but sitting just outside the great room door. The great room is completely inside and features cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan that guarantees you still savor the sense of airiness and light just outside. This room features a formal entertainment system and lounge area surrounding it, a low-key dining area and direct access to the kitchen. The kitchen is a marvel as it opens to the covered portico as well as the dining room and is equipped with the very finest appliances and gear.

At the end of each day, you can retreat to the luxurious bedroom suites, which are each king suites with large and opulent private baths. Two of the bedrooms open directly to terrace areas and all feature amazing sea views and oversized windows. The entire property is WiFi equipped.

If you want to enjoy the very best the island has to offer, the Villa Mirabelle delivers. Close to the beaches and town, it could be your sole reason for paying a visit. Estate-like in its scale and elegant design it is a welcoming retreat ideal for groups of friends or family gatherings.

Our group have the most fantastic week in St. Martin staying at Villa Mirabelle. Like most places, the pictures don’t do it justice as the view of the lagoon is spectacular. Layout is perfect and comfortable for a group. I can’t say enough about Jahelle, our concierge. She was over the top helpful and responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend St. Martin Blue if you plan to visit the island!

Spacious villa with a large garden and incredible outdoor living area. We spent almost all of our time outside when we were not on the beautiful beach about 10 minutes down the road. Four of the five bedrooms opened to the outdoors and were just lovely. The house was well appointed and the kitchen was open to the patio. We did not have any issues at all with mosquitos as others mentioned. It is also located about 15-20 min from both Marigot and Phillipsburg. Great view across the bay area.

Our stay from the time we stepped out of the airport was wonderful. Our villa was very spacious and much larger and nicer than the pictures conveyed. We spent almost all of our time in the outdoor living area with a beautiful view of the water. Our chef Lionel made incredible meals with attention to detail which was the cherry on top. We will return with our family again.

Mirabelle is an exceptional property. The bedrooms were fantastic and spacious, with lovely baths. The kitchen had everything you could need and although I had my doubts about an open space, it worked and made it easy to be the cook. It was the outdoor area that was the star, multiple seating areas with shade and comfort or sun whenever you wanted. Our concierge, Mehdi, was a delight and the housekeeper was lovely too. Five minutes from beautiful Baie Rouge beach. We will be back.

I would definitely have given Mirabelle a five star if it wasn’t for the mosquito infestation which left my eight-year-old grandson looking like he had the chickenpox after one day. We all ended up with mosquito bites all over our bodies even though we had multiple different types of sprays and there were some type of mosquito catchers and swatters in the Villa but it didn’t help. My family recommends that they spray on the perimeter of the entire property once a month through mosquito season. We do that here on Long Island in New York and it helps tremendously. Also a few of us fell off the steps( none drinkers) leading down to the pool multiple times. You can’t tell the difference from one level to the other because it’s the same color with no railings. That should be addressed as well but besides those two factors it was an amazing place to stay!! I was going to plan another trip with friends but I can’t unless the mosquito situation and step issues are addressed. Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to give you some feedback.

We had a terrific time at Mirabelle Villa on St Martin. Lisa was great with arranging, and, on island, Medhi was excellent at seeing to our needs and Danya the housekeeper was amazing in her work and a great person to be around. We look forward to seeing all of them again

Beautiful facility, great views, and recently renovated, an awesome place. Our only concern: the mosquitos. Given the open design, there's no escaping them, unless you retreat to a closed bedroom. Thought might be given to some sort of screening that one could pull shut like the shutters (we tried lots of bug spray etc, but to no avail).

Isle Blue was so easy to work with especially trying to book from the United States. We went for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our concierge‘s Mehdi was on point for anything we needed, reservations, suggestions on where to go and booking excursions. We will definitely be making our stay at Mirabelle Villa a yearly trip!

The Villa was more like a compound, it was extravagant with the best views you could imagine. We felt safe and at home, thanks to the amazing staff we were provided! Dania The housekeeper was amazing and our concierge‘s Mehdi couldn’t have been any better!

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
What is the cancellation policy? click to open
Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
