Accommodating up to 10 guests, this 350-square-meter property features a private pool, marble-paved gardens, ample parking, multiple sea-view terraces, air conditioning, winter heating, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Surrounded by lemon, grapefruit, banana, and palm trees, the garden provides a serene setting. The pool area invites relaxation, with loungers, shaded seating, and the soothing sounds of nature. The rooftop terrace adds an extra layer of luxury, featuring a jacuzzi, sunbeds, and a lounge area perfect for sunset views.

Inside, the villa offers elegant finishes such as Portugal pink marble and wooden floors.
