Blue Moon is an exclusive villa with a private swimming pool, located in a prime seafront position in Fontane Bianche, a sought-after coastal resort south of Syracuse. Set amidst a beautifully maintained garden with lush lawns, this prestigious property features spacious, well-appointed outdoor areas, a stunning pool with a sun terrace, and direct private access to the sea and rocky shoreline below.
The villa's charming and comfortable interiors span two floors, offering over 500 square meters of living space. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a central ornamental fireplace, a dining and conversation area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a guest bathroom. The first floor includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and shower, as well as three additional bedrooms with en-suite showers.
Elegantly furnished, the villa is equipped with all modern amenities, such as Wi-Fi, five TVs with satellite reception, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Additionally, the villa's prime location places it just a short distance from some of Sicily’s most beautiful southeastern towns, including Syracuse, the baroque cities of the Val di Noto, the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica, and Cassibile, as well as Taormina and Mount Etna.

Cancellation made between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival, 35% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made between 59 and 22 days prior to arrival, 65% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made between 21 days and 24 hours prior to arrival, 85% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 24 hours to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas and New Year bookings are nonrefundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
