It consists of three interconnected units: the central structure preserves the charm of the original stone farmhouse, while the two side buildings feature clean, modern lines.
Surrounded by greenery, the villa sits within an 8,000-square-meter fenced garden designed to create a space of harmony and peace, far from the rush of everyday life. An outdoor lounge and dining area with barbecue connect seamlessly to the kitchen. The sun-drenched infinity pool (7 x 14 m; depth 0.80–1.60 m; open all year; heating available with a surcharge) is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. Nearby, a wellness area with a Jacuzzi invites you to fully immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere and natural beauty.
The outdoor living spaces become almost magical at sunset, with colors that reflect across the sky and illuminate the towers of Volterra. Private parking and free Wi-Fi are available for guests.
Combining rural charm with contemporary design, the villa offers 250 square meters of bright, elegant interiors accommodating up to 6 guests. Large windows frame breathtaking views throughout the property. The open-plan living area includes a panoramic dining room with full-height glass overlooking the garden and pool, a comfortable lounge with a large sofa, satellite TV, and modern fireplace, and a refined open kitchen with a peninsula and high-quality materials.
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms on the ground floor open directly onto the garden, while the third is a spacious suite on the first floor with stunning views and its own private living room on the ground level. Additional spaces include a guest bathroom, a fitness room, and a dedicated work area equipped with office essentials such as a fax and photocopier.
Villa Fibbiano is fully air-conditioned and heated, with Wi-Fi included. Three mid-week cleanings (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and towel changes are provided for guests.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
