Located in the exclusive hamlet of Bois du Praz, Le Bois du Fontanil is one of four unique chalets in a new luxury development, just a short stroll from the heart of Le Praz village and the cable car linking directly to the slopes of the 3 Valleys.
Spread across four levels and served by an elevator, this family-friendly chalet beautifully blends traditional alpine architecture with the modern comforts essential for a relaxing mountain escape. Featuring natural materials, warm wood tones, and elegant decor in soft hues, the interior creates a calming and welcoming atmosphere.
Le Bois du Fontanil accommodates up to 10 guests with three en-suite bedrooms and a spacious family suite that includes a master bedroom and a children’s room sleeping up to four. The top floor is dedicated to open-plan living, with a cozy lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area centered around a statement fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a terrace and balcony offering breathtaking views of the surrounding valley.
After a day on the slopes, unwind in the private wellness area, complete with a swimming spa and sauna. To enhance your stay, a fresh breakfast is served each morning—either indoors or on the terrace—and daily housekeeping ensures maximum comfort throughout your holiday.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival date, 30% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation between 59 and 31 days prior to arrival date, 80% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
