Atulya Residence is a masterpiece of refined tropical living, offering a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and panoramic natural beauty. The heart of the villa is its expansive, elevated living and dining space, which runs almost the full length of the residence. Under a soaring, wood-lined, vaulted ceiling, the open-plan design creates a sense of grandeur and openness. Bi-folding glass doors on both sides flood the space with natural light and offer continuous views of the palm-covered landscape and turquoise sea beyond.

A staircase at the rear of the lower master suite ascends to the main living area. From here, a private door leads to the second master suite on the upper level—a mirror image of the one below, offering the same elegance, privacy, and ocean-facing tranquility.
