Welcome to Avasara Residence, a luxurious escape nestled in a serene tropical setting. As you arrive, large stepping stones guide you over a tranquil water feature into the heart of the villa—an expansive living and dining pavilion seamlessly integrated with a state-of-the-art kitchen. Spanning nearly the full length of the villa, this open-concept space features a soaring vaulted ceiling and wraparound glass walls that open onto the terrace, unveiling breathtaking panoramic views.

At one end of the pavilion, a stylish tropical lounge area is adorned with Thai artefacts, ambient table lamps, and plush rattan sofas and armchairs arranged around a Smart TV mounted on a wooden console. A square dining table that seats ten sits adjacent to the gourmet kitchen, which boasts premium branded appliances, honey-toned wooden cabinetry, sleek chrome fittings, and marble countertops. A central island with high stools invites casual breakfasts, evening cocktails, and social gatherings, complemented by a built-in wine cooler for all-day refreshments.

Step outside onto the balcony running the length of the pavilion, where a clear glass balustrade offers uninterrupted views over the lush garden and stunning 20-metre pool. All-weather chairs are perfectly positioned here for soaking in the scenery.

Stairs on either side of the balcony lead down to the villa's lower level, where three of the five guest bedrooms overlook the garden, pool, and ocean beyond. A covered walkway connects these rooms, doubling as a shaded outdoor terrace. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, ample built-in storage, and a private ensuite bathroom. The master suites open directly onto the pool terrace and offer sweeping views.

Inside the master suites, you'll find spacious dressing areas and luxurious ensuite bathrooms fitted with twin vanities, rain showers, and deep terrazzo bathtubs positioned by large windows offering serene views of the pool and ocean. Thoughtfully designed interiors, premium furnishings, and stylish accents elevate the bedrooms beyond simple sleeping quarters into personal sanctuaries.

At one end of the pool, a sunken bar with submerged stools is integrated into a covered sala, which also features a dining table and cushioned bench seating. This inviting space is perfect for enjoying leisurely snacks, sipping fresh juices or cocktails, and relaxing throughout the day. It also serves as a picturesque setting for alfresco dining or an intimate poolside gathering.
