Corte Antigua is an exclusive residence with a private swimming pool, located in south-eastern Sicily near Rosolini, just a short drive from Modica and Noto.
The villa is surrounded by spacious, well-equipped outdoor areas and a lush garden with manicured lawns, featuring a large private swimming pool (5 x 15 m) with sun terrace and bar corner.
Set in a pleasant rural setting, the property is composed of two separate buildings. On one side, they overlook a charming internal courtyard paved with local stone slabs; on the other, they face the garden and the stunning infinity-style swimming pool.
The main house includes a comfortable living room, a large open-plan living kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
The annex consists of two independent living units:
– The first unit is entirely on the ground floor and features a living kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a terrace with a pergola.
– The second unit is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, it offers two double bedrooms and two shower rooms; on the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room, a small living area, and a panoramic terrace with a pergola.
These welcoming interiors can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests and are equipped with top-level amenities, including air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet, four TVs, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, espresso and American coffee machines, barbecue, outdoor shower, and private parking.
Corte Antigua is the perfect solution for guests seeking independent living spaces without sacrificing conviviality. It is also an excellent base for exploring Siracusa, the Baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the beaches of Calamosche, San Lorenzo, and Santa Maria del Focallo, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, and the seaside villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
